This good-for-nearly-everything balm was inspired by the Vicks® VapoRub™ and Mentholatum® balm that I grew up with, and loved. My version captures the old-time smell and cooling sensations of my childhood favorites, but is made with all-natural, plant-based ingredients, therapeutic essential oils, and no petroleum products!
How To Use: For colds and congestion, rub this cooling vapor balm on your chest, throat, back, opening of nostrils/upper lip, and on the bottoms of your feet (put warm socks on after applying) to help relieve cough, congestion and stuffy sinuses. Rub a small amount on your temples and on the back and sides of neck to soothe sinus pressure and ease tension headaches.
This strong, aromatic balm is also an effective topical analgesic for minor aches and pains. Massage into sore muscles and aching joints for long-lasting, cooling relief.
This multi-purpose balm also helps take the itch and sting out of bug bites.
Ingredients: Coconut oil, beeswax granules, cocoa butter, vitamin E oil, menthol crystals, and essential oil blend (white camphor, eucalyptus, lavender, tea tree, texas cedarwood, lemon, basil, rosemary, sweet orange, thyme, peppermint and clove).

Headache Relief Roll-on . . .
Get quick headache relief from headache pain caused by stress, tension and sinus congestion with this soothing, blend of essential oils. The convenient, mess-free, roll-on bottle fits neatly in your purse or pocket so it’s always on hand to ROLL your headache away!
How To Use: Shake gently to mix then roll a small dab onto your temples, back and sides of neck and top of shoulders to relieve headache and muscle tension. Take care to keep it away from your eyes. Apply as needed.

Shower Steamers . . .
Aromatherapy for the shower!
Turn your shower into a spa with these aromatic, fizzing tablets – like a bath bomb but made just for the shower.
How To Use: Place a shower steamer tablet on the floor or lower shelf of your shower, out of the main water stream. You want just enough water on the tablet to activate it and release the essential oils. Too much water will cause it to melt too quickly. As the tablet dissolves, the essential oils will combine with the shower steam to create an aromatic experience. Slowly inhale the vapors through your nose and exhale out your mouth.
Each 1.5 oz. tablet will last for one long shower; two if you take short showers.
DO NOT USE IN THE BATH!
These are not bath bombs! These little tablets contain a very high concentration of essential oils and can cause skin irritation if used in bathwater. Seriously! If you share bathroom facilities with others, please let them know that this is not soap, or a bath bomb, and please keep out of reach of children.

BREATHE: base + menthol crystals, essential oil blend (eucalyptus and white camphor) and spirulina for color.
CALMING: base + essential oil blend (lavender, roman chamomile, frankincense, ylang-ylang, lime and rose) and beet root powder for color.
ENERGIZE/REVIVE: base + essential oil blend (grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, lemongrass and sweet basil) and turmeric powder for color.
